• Have initial results from phylogenetic analysis – wrote R code to enable Monte Carlo runs on errors
• Learn Phylocon v.4.1 and R picante package for phylogenetic analysis. Making big progress on this section.
• Continue coding R error code, work to include phylogenetic analysis as well as linear regressions
• Construct weather proof data logger containers for microclimate sensors.
• Continue organizing bibliography (mendeley)
• Read isotope articles and incorporate into MS
